"WE STITCH THESE WOUNDS" BLACK VEIL BRIDES. The inspiration was the style of Baroque and Victorian art. The original idea was derived from an early photo taken backstage at a BVB show. I had Sammi Doll retake the photo, so I could have a reference image to paint by. This will always be a very important piece for me. This was to set the creative tone for many things to follow. There is a story being told within every brush stroke. In every shadow there is a world unknown to most.
